Inspection

A&S provides a first class quality inspection service, this can range from the inspection of either glass or plastic containers, either filled or empty stock, case wared or bulk packaged.

Our team of highly trained Quality Auditors ensure that all requirements of the customer are met on time everytime.

Re-packing

A&S offers an excellent re-packing service, we can re-pack any product, shape or size as per our customers requirements on time and at a competitive price.

Customers frequently request the services of A&S in the collation and packing of various goods for point of sale displays or seasonal promotions.

Shrink-Sleeving

A&S prides itself on its extensive shrink sleeving capabilities, we can sleeve any container of any shape and size whether it is glass, plastic, metal or cardboard.

We currently use two processes for the application of shrink sleeves, hot air which utilises directional nozzles blowing hot air onto the sleeve, this method is generally used for ‘shrinking’ empty containers. The other method using steam which again utilises directional nozzles which emits steam onto the sleeve, this is an industry recognised standard for filled products but can be used for empty containers also.

Bulk Decanting

A&S offers a specialist decanting facility which involves the transfer of bottled spirits to bulk storage containers using approved filtration systems and two 25,000 ltr storage tanks.Presentation Packing

Case Erection/Packing

A&S’s specialist equipment enables them to carry out the erection of cases, either customer supplied or transit from flat-packed. The process is then completed by carrying out the packing of materials into the newly erected cases.

Out-sourcing of personnel

A&S can supply on-line support personnel to customer premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
